✍🏼 In an opinion piece published in ECO, our Director of Communications, Institutional Relations and Sustainability, Graça Borges, reflects on the start of this new cycle with the implementation of the SDR (Deposit and Refund System).
With the introduction of the Volta brand, PET bottles and beverage cans of less than 3 litres now have an associated deposit value, encouraging a closed-loop model (bottle-to-bottle or can-to-can) that aims to achieve the ambitious target of 90% collection in our country. ♻️
