🚀 Another edition of Innovation Time Off (ITO) has kicked off!
As part of the training program for the 6th edition of the Brewing Up Program, the ITO kick-off brought participants together at the Serralves Museum in Porto, marking the start of a new journey focused on development, collaboration, and innovation.
💡 Over the coming months, our multidisciplinary teams will bring together different perspectives, experiences, and areas of expertise to address a strategic challenge facing our organization. The big news for this edition is that all groups will work on a common challenge, developing distinct solutions for the same theme!
✨ The kick-off event featured an inspiring talk by Marlos da Silva, MC’s R&D and Innovation Director, as well as testimonials and insights shared by Iolanda Fernandes, Mariana Machado, and Mariana Valente, participants from the previous edition.
