Santos Populares and the FIFA World Cup? All roads lead to Browers Beato
Browers Beato is set to become one of Lisbon’s must-visit meeting points between 11 June and 19 July, bringing together the celebrations of Santos Populares and the FIFA World Cup in a programme that combines gastronomy, music, and entertainment.
From 11 to 14 June, the venue will celebrate Santos Populares with an exclusive menu featuring grilled sardines, bifanas (Portuguese pork sandwiches), caldo verde, roasted pepper salad, grilled chouriço, and snails, paired with Browers Lisboa Crispy Lager. On 14 June, from 6:00 pm onwards, the square in front of the building will also host a performance by the Beato Popular Marches, bringing the colour and tradition of the neighbourhood to the Beato Innovation District.
From 17 June, with the debut of the Portuguese National Team, the venue’s FIFA World Cup programme will kick off, featuring live screenings of all matches on a giant screen.
All visitors will receive an exclusive passport that allows them to collect stamps on each visit (with a minimum spend of €15), unlocking rewards such as a beer tasting flight after the fourth stamp and a 10% discount voucher after the seventh.
To support Portugal on its journey to victory, Browers Beato is also launching a happy hour promotion with 50% off beer, available from 30 minutes before kick-off and throughout each match, including warm-up games and the opening match. The promotion applies to the following fixtures: 10 June (Portugal vs Nigeria), 11 June (Mexico vs South Africa), 17 June (Portugal vs DR Congo), and 23 June (Portugal vs Uzbekistan).
Located in the former Military Maintenance Power Station of Lisbon, Browers Beato is a multifunctional venue that combines local beer production with a strong cultural and gastronomic offering.
