Today we attended the 30th Human Resources Conference, dedicated to the theme ‘Algorithms and emotions: the new era in people management.’ 💼
👀 Pedro Ribeiro, General Director of Talent at Super Bock Group, participated in the round table ‘(Re)learning, (re)organising and (re)forming: between what should be and what is,’ together with Pedro Rosa from PLMJ and Rita Correia from Deloitte, in a debate moderated by Ana Leonor Martins, editorial director of Human Resources Portugal.
🗣️ ‘Investing in digital training across the organisation, with a special focus on artificial intelligence, will certainly be very useful for what we want companies to be in terms of agility and adaptability,’ said Pedro Ribeiro, highlighting the Digital Training Programme that exists at Super Bock Group.
Throughout the conversation, the speakers reflected on the role and importance of technology and how companies are preparing people for the Age of Artificial Intelligence. They also discussed whether technological acceleration has resulted in a reduction in human resources or merely a transformation of the skills required.
